Staff abused my mum when she paid in £90 qnd cashier claims it was only £80, they refused to check the till just shouting abuse! The manager refused to speak to me! Liars and thiefs!

Put a cheque in 3 weeks ago ..... still hasn’t reached my bank . Went in to ask why.... staff less than helpful. No idea where my cheque is or when (if at all) I’ll receive the money into my bank ?
