Fantastic customer service today, excellent !!! I am from an local Infant School and needed to pay in our school donation for Children in Need. The "big" banks, HSBC and Barclays on Allerton Road would not accept the cash donation. HSBC does not have a "pay in" counter and Barclays just said they don't take Children in... read full comment
