This post office is immaculately clean despite always being busy, it's well stocked and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I didn't know how to do a return but staff were patient and helpful. They also dealt very calmly and professionally with a bad mannered customer.

Very helpful and lovely staff, havnt visited this store for a while but I was passing the other day and popped in, can really see a massive difference within the store itself too?
Polite notice to Royal Mail customers , please if you have any questions regarding parcels and post not being delivered in time or parcels your expecting not being delivered. You need to contact town row delivery office not mill lane post office. We get a lot of phone calls everyday and customers coming in looking for parcels that are not here. it’s the DO (delivery office) you need not the PO (post office). I hope that this helps customers not to waste there time and journeys coming into or calling the wrong place. Thanks you for your cooperation.
