Shocking service! I deposited £730 in cash this afternoon of which there was about £200-300 Scottish notes. The lady used an accusatory tone asking where it had come from saying "we have to ask!" I told her just to save me a trip to my bank but I've since checked their policy....they don't have to ask at all! Up to £3000... read full comment

As a millennial the Post office is an enigma to me but the two ladies behind the counter were so friendly and helpful.
