UPDATE TO BELOW!Louise opened up late as she was standing in for a sick colleague. I take it all back - she was brilliant!States on Google open Saturday AM. It is closed. What kind of organization serving the public is so poorly run?? Used to be a large well run function in Woolton. Sad demise..

Not open at 9.30am on a Saturday - google listing says it is open from 9am. Very inconvenient. The staff working here are always lovely but it always just seems completely overrun with queues out the door.
