Few nice staff. Most are quite cold and especially those who turn down children who need to use the toilet. Even though they are still tidying round it wouldn't harm them to let a child use the toilet but ive only once saw them say yes to such an innocent request. One staff member looked visibly scared to ask. Horrible.... read full comment
