Drove from St Helens to this store as can park right outside. Important when walking is difficult. Brilliant and helpful service from Sophie who soon had my replacement phone up and running. Came in to switch up my phone from a 23 to a 24 assistant wasn't very helpful said my phone wasn't in great condition it didn't have a mark on it ..went to liverpool 1 02 shop and was helped greatly upgraded...next day I couldn't get on to my 02 account so Aintree being nearest went in for help was treated like I'd disturbed... read full comment
