Went back in after having lunch across the road as was unsure about something. Again veryhelpful and understanding with an 83yr old. Definitely recommend the staff for their care and attention. 54 Lord St“I walked into the shop ready to exchange my three games (one with a limited edition book that I no longer wanted) and was served by a very kind chap.Sadly I did not get the staff members name nor could I find it on my recite.Regardless - I think I made that nav’s day (based on the fact that when I handed in the limited edition game many of the people behind me became intrigued).Hopefully my games will give those people much joy as they did me.Well done CEX Liverpool staff - you’re doing a great job.”
