Wi fi was offline but McDonald's is actually what it is

Today I observed a Food Preparer at this Macdonalds; drop a Fries box on the floor, pick it up, put chips in, put the chips that were left on the side into the box, top the box up with a few fresh fries and serve it to me. I rejected my order. They didn't realise I could see them through these new counter hatches!

tards behind the counter cant be bothered putting the cream and toffee in the coffee i spend an extra pound for every time i go in hoping theyll do their jobs :). probably wasted like £10+ on just not being serviced. thanks ?
