Brilliant gym, absolutely love all the classes and the welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Great place for building confidence with weights and generally feeling fab about yourself

I have been a member of the gym for over a year, the trainers are so friendly and the classes are always well planned and enjoyable. Everyone is so supportive, it is lovely to be part of a group where everybody wants each other to achieve their goal
