Staff seemed genuinely clueless, the woman on the fries didn't move for 15 minutes and waited 10 minutes just for the staff to serve us and let us pay. Scruffy people that don’t want to work anymore constantly sent to self service, it does not make it any cheaper serving myself so why should I bother, Burger King are the exact same all lazy benefit scrounging bums working 12h weeks no wanting to put a real shift in, surely you would want to speak to customers to help... read full comment
