Nathan has extremely good customer service, helped me the last 2 times I've been in the one at speke retail park, he is great at what he does.

Lots of staff standing by the door but to busy on Their phones and engaged in conversation to help out. Also told by as staff member that student discount cannot be used in store and only redeemed online. I can only find anywhere else’s that states this information. Disappointing!

Don't try and return anything unless you want to be judged and treated like a petty criminal! Very disappointed with my recent visit, I'm a regular shopper at this store and spend a lot of money usually with no issues.
