Visited the Aintree store this morning. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable on the trainers I was interested in. I want to mention Jess especially for the help ,patience and advice she gave me in choosing the trainers. Nice to get such good customer service. The walkden store is terrible, the staff ignore you they give you false information. I shop In JD all over the north west and walkden shop is the worst ever attitude of the staff is shocking.
