It’s pathetic we got ripped off because we were teenagers by the way I’m 15 I’m not stupid so got ripped of a tenner it’s pathetic get better staff .

Don't click and collect unless you have an hour to wait. Join the massive queue (counted 13 in the queue) for returns and sales whilst 7 or so staff stand around doing nothing.
