Went in to reactivate a dormant account. The chap on the help desk knew exactly what to do and after I'd proved my identity he took only a couple of minutes to sort things out. I was most impressed. I've had dealings in this branch before and I've always received excellent service. I only wish my own bank was as efficient.

Branch is becoming pointless. Transfer from existing account to new supposed to be available in branch, by phone or on Internet. Branch by appointment only, at a different branch in 3 weeks, phone gets cut off as staff are busy. If it's Internet only....just admit it upfront.
