Only sent one bag (hot food ) and not the cold one ( full of food and drinks also ) couldn’t get a refund through Uber despite proof from myself and drivers testimony. Tried to call. No answer. So between this place and Uber eats I’ve been robbed of £15 and called a liar. Won’t be using Greggs again if it’s not...

Got the family's Sunday breakfast from the Old Swan branch. Everyone happy with what I brought home. Staff were a ray of sunshine on an otherwise wet and miserable Sunday morning
