Went on Saturday 11/09, ordered a sausage barm and a sausage roll and a caramel coffee. Coffee was good but the sausages where burnt at the ends and had a crunch to them, the barm seemed stale as it fell apart and was crunchy again and the sausage roll was freezing like really cold. The biggest Thank you to the staff on London Road, Liverpool especially the young lady who really helped me. I found a badly injured baby seagull, I asked nearly every shop if they had a box to put the poor little thing in, only Gregg's helped.
