I booked this place and they cancelled my booking when it was announced that Liverpool would host the eurovision song contest. Then they relisted my room at over four times the price I paid. Don't stay here. Garbage people.

To be plain and simple : *reception desk is in another building a 5 min walk away which we did not know about. *disgusting facilities *DIDNT GET DAMAGE DEPOSIT BACK (£100) We have tried ringing and emailing but no answer. This company is very unorganised and unprofessional. Upon arrival the key to our room had been taken home by a member of staff and the room still needed cleaning. Baring in mind we did not arrive till 6pm so they had plenty of time to sort the apartment out. We then had to sit for two hours waiting to this to be sorted.... read full comment
