As others have mentioned with the anger issues, the manager is extremely rude.
Even worse, she will offer you a job at one of the Allerton franchises (Optimum Group franchise) under the instructions you hand in your notice, and then when you attend, they don't know who you are, and they claim the job is no longer... read full comment

Rude asian staff. As a delivery driver I’m like a colleague however she doesn’t let me to use the toilet. I proved with my phone that I’m a driver but she was extremely discriminate. I will report to uber eats and deliveroo also. Never had same issue with any places…
