The girls on the counter are a disgrace to Liverpool's reputation as a friendly city. A lot of customer service training needed.

Girls on counter need to greet customers better … they are so miserable. I asked for my hot chocolate to be put in a cup as I don’t like the glass cups. Today I didn't have enough money than I thought to buy a hot chcoalte. However, the staff took the money I had and a customer offered to pay for me. Great staff and friendly people. Definitely my favourote costa!!!
