Avoid like the plague! Staff are lazy, rude and unhelpful. Parcel machine is always mysteriously 'broken' or they don't have any receipt slips or they have some other ridiculous excuse not to do any work. I used to use this service station to return Hermes parcels but I’ve been several times now in the past couple weeks to be told no as I get to the till, after they watch me walk past the window with parcel in hand and let me print off all my return labels by the door.
