Been trying to ring this branch for the past 50 mins so I can ask if an item I was waiting on could be picked up as it wasn't in yesterday or the day before.. no answer ringing and ringing out then engaged .. this could be an OAP or someone who would struggle to get to then be told it still wasn't in . surely not too busy... read full comment

The quality of the service offered by this branch has plummeted over the past six months. This is not the fault of the pharmacists and customer-facing staff: they try their best, but there are simply too few of them present at any one time.
