service is always slow.\\nMeds 8/10 times never ready for collection.\\nStaff seem to be on another planet re customer service levels.\\nThey seem happy to be non helpful.\\nsometimes you can wait ten to fifteen minutes for them to sort then check your meds.\\nWe all thought that having a local chemist would be great Sadly... read full comment

My local boots, always on the ball for my meds, just order on NHS app and ready within 3days
