Ordered from Amazon. Arrow was to deliver the parcel. Amazon showed them picking up package 0n the 29th, with a scheduled delivery on the 1st. Stayed home all day. They never showed up. Awful company. Failed to deliver our item as "they didn't realise we lived in town" and "needed a smaller van". Then had to ring them twice to rectify this and it STILL did not get delivered on the rearranged delivery date as they " booked the wrong delivery slot". Both people I spoke to on the phone were nice but managers... read full comment

Had a washing machine delivered today not sure which depot But I have to say what a amazing team absolutely fantastic service.
