Good store but most times when collecting an item it is an opened return. When I ask for an unopened item they try to say they don’t have anymore stock. Ask them to cancel the order and suddenly they have stock.

Busy today, people taking stuff back after Xmas, staff were brilliant, I was there to pick something up, the staff were clearing the que very quickly, people need to be nicer to the staff, the Xmas spirit seems to have left them,
