An extreme amount of good quality, reasonably priced items available. Good opening hours. Difficult to find staff on shop floor to get help with queries. I've experienced all these issues.

Not bad in my experience although I am not here very often. Staff seem to be nice for the most part. Decent prices with a variety of items stocked up.
