Absolutely rubbish opening times & no cashpoint in my preferred branch for location (Heswall). Also frustrated I didn't know when opening account that you can't use the post office to deposit cash.

The place is barely open so on the odd occasion that it is you end up queuing for hours. This time I had to give up after 20 minutes, next time I’ll be closing my accounts.

Brilliant Heswall Nationwide Building Society .staff sort all your problems out within minutes. its never a problem .they never send you away,make you come back its sorted on the spot if they can they will ... they are the best .. .staff are so lovely ..so helpfull .caring ..very polite .Best bank I've ever had .can...
