Ordered several pizzas for a party on Saturday. Dan couldn't have been more helpful. We were understandably told that the pizzas would be ready within a 30 minute window but in fact they called me bang on the time we asked for. Piping hot and every last slice was eaten.

Received extremely poor customer service over the phone from two staff members at Heswall Dominoes on Wednesday night.
