I wanted to collect my parcel from DPD that was left at this post office and they asked me for my ID and utility bill in PRINTED form. They couldn’t accept it on my phone and I struggled to collect the parcel. I spoke with DPD afterwards to complain and they said that online form is also acceptable (screenshot attached).... read full comment
