The key was not working on my front door went back 3 times and got the key recut and they was givingme cheaper keys to try, went back the forth time and told them the cheap key worked, he told me it's the security lock I have only take certain keys, I ask for the price difference of the keys back and he refused

Joe Mc does a great job. Really helpful and professional with the customers and great at multi-tasking when the shop got busy. He was very kind to help me out and fix my glasses for me, even though I don’t think that’s a service they usually provide. Thanks Joe!
