Terrible service. Absolutly no help from them. Only trying to open a bank account for my son. Bank had no customers in but yet the 2 staff member wouldnt help. Sent us away to try online.

Tried paying two different cheques into ATM. Neither worked so had to queue up again.Should be glad it's still open I suppose - only bank left in Formby left soon.
