The office is only open 8am to 10am making it very hard to pick up missed delivery items which they then send back to sender. May not be staff fault but management need their heads shaking.

Cant believe this sorting office is only open for two hours a day 8am until 10am.I struggle to get there before it closes and ends up with my parcels being returned to sender.God knows what doctors and nurses do when on 13 hour shifts or people who are in work 5 days a week.I know you can book a redelivery but surely it... read full comment

Just stood chatting in the other room an hour into opening, left phone ringing until eventually coming through to serve While on the phone, no receipt given either, honestly just rude
