The self check don’t work the guy has to come each time to sort it out. I’ve never been told to stop saying sorry before by staff. Only apologising for their incompetent set up. But he didn’t get it.

What a joke I came in here to do a shopping early in the morning. Bought an energy drink and was challenged for ID. I’m 23years old. The cashier pointed at the sign that’s states if you look under 25 you can’t buy 18 products, what I was buying was 16+ not 18+.
Usually love this shop and staff but over the last few months there have been a lot of staff changes . The older woman small in height dark hair is beyond rude !! She is snotty when you go over to the till like she really can’t be bothered being there ! I know a few locals who actually avoid the shop if she is working... read full comment
