Absolutely disgraceful service . Will not tell you if your prescription is ready even whilst speaking with them on the phone as a human . Unfortunately we have now all moved pharmacies as I am sick of waiting for my repeat prescription even after waiting a week before picking it up, getting a text saying it’s ready, and turning up and it’s never been ready for the past 2 years.
