My first appointment was cancelled with 10 minutes notice after I had already arrived at the shopping centre, my second appointment was a waste of time. Little to no customer care from from the sales staff or the optician. I let fit without glasses, they also tried to charge for a service I didn’t get. Would not go back...

Would like to thank all the staff at Specsavers Bootle after my recent visit just before Christmas. They were so helpful, professional and very informative. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent service from start to finish. A big thank you.
