Everything was fine friendly staff good food no complaints good location for Goodison park train station only 10 min walk and easy to find would use again

Came back to room to find a burst pipe above, water flooding out of fixtures and damaging a high value MacBook.
Staff were quick to change room however Premier Inn and their insurers refusing to replace damaged goods.

Been staying here on and off for work. The hotel is much like most other PI’s however the staff on reception have been notably very nice and always helpful. The attached beefeater also offers good service.
