I shop often in store and the girls are always nice and helpful and like to when you ask there opinion on outfits etc.. don’t usually like shopping in person as it gone now hill a lot but it’s always nice popping in regularly and the staff make me laugh and are always willing to help. 5/5 always!

My Fiancé had a little wardrobe malfunction while she was out and the girls (Lucy & Hannah) helped her out and she said you ladies where amazing. Thank you for looking after her I really appreciate it.

Always loved shopping at the Birkenhead branch until they have had a turn over of staff (old staff were so plesent), the larger girl with the blondish hair and bold red lipstick has the most awful customer service and appalling attitude, will be giving that store a miss from now on, happy to be contacted for a further explanation.
