    Struggled to get hold of medication I desparately needed. Due to supplier issues other Parmacies were out of stock. I called up Townfield Pharmacy and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone (Bev?) She went and checked straight away and sorted me out with my tablets. Thank you so much. Excellent customer service :-)

    Went to pharmacy to speak about an ear infection and other stuff, asked to speak to the pharmacist, I understand she is busy, but she was able to relay information to various staff instead of coming to speak to us herself, the situation frustrated me and made me feel uncomfortable.
