Was very disappointed with the service of the Pharmacy at Tescos Bidston. So rude! When requesting a prescription was told 'don't know anything about it you will have to speak to him' and she just turned around and walked off! Returns - what a joke
Apparently only customer services can do returns, but when I went in at 8:45pm customer services was closed? Yet there’s many staff around just not willing or possibly trained to do a refund/exchange?!!!
