Was left sat outside waiting for them to open for 15 mins before someone came out and told us they were closed as the till wasn't working. Could've put a sign up or noticed two people stood outside after they'd supposedly opened

They charged my daughter nearly £5 for coffee that they didn't have and couldn't show or help us get a refund. Nothing more than thieves
