We never shop here so when we entered we were a little out of our comfort zone, we approached an assistant to ask for help. Brilliant shop. Well stocked shelves, great choice. I find staff friendly and helpful. Haven't used café for a while so can't comment on that, but otherwise a pleasant shopping experience each visit.
