Used to love Lidl and taking my mum for her weekly shop. This time though she asked to use the toilets and was refused by a member of staff. She is elderly and has a medical condition so we had to drive her home mid-shop despite the fact we have been coming here for years and she has always been allowed to use the toilets... read full comment

Visited this store on Friday afternoon, asked two different assistants to use the toilet showed I had a badge which means I need to use the facilities and was told on two occasions straight up NO toilet available very distressed and left in agony and had to leave the store went to asda in Grange Road and had no problems.... read full comment

Can you please sort the steaks out, I use the self-service machine's, and most times I go through security and the alarm goes off, one time I ignored it and got chased out the shop, can't blame the security man he was doing his job, but it's embarrassing when you have all the other customers looking at you when the security... read full comment
