Terrible experience - ridiculously busy with staff who are overly stressed and can’t get orders out. Ordered 2 box meals that were both completely wrong (got different burgers, gravy instead of beans) chips were cold and only about 10 in a large. Hot wings inedible.

totally wrong order I ordered a buffalo tower but instead they sent me a bucket of chicken wings which was totally not what I required I've just tried to phone them the bacon head branch which obviously no one is there to answer the phone because they know exactly what they've done wrong total waste of money waste of time... read full comment
