I’m not sure if my review posted? As I said I am a BBT (born before tech) ? I received 10/10 service from the lovely Sam two weeks ago, who on approach immediately helped me and had the nothing is too much to ask attitude, I commend your example of Customer Service. Well done Sam a pleasure to have encountered you.
