Was told by a woman called Irene that a very large donation of 100 vinyl records (all very good) and 50 books (many worth £10-20 each) wouldn't be 'worth bringing the van out for' because I asked if they could be collected due to the large amount of items and because I don't drive. TIME WASTERS - Tried to give a lot of furniture to these guys. Spent lots of time booking the furniture in, getting my pick-up date. making sure I was home. They turned up, van was full so couldn't take most of it. Complete waste of time. It's now going to the dump where it should have gone in the first place.

Absolutely terrible.waited in all day for a delivery of 2 couches and even got rid off the old ones to have no couches delivered on the day and have to wait 2 days for next delivery.im now sitting on the floor at the age of 70
