No baskets anywhere and even on the tills?! Had to take a small trolley with 5 items in and the guy at the tills wouldn’t let me use the quick till, had to wait another 10 mins to use the other till whilst there was 6 by him left open. Stood at the hot counter for 10 minutes with 3 members of staff all stood there talking, they looked at us multiple times but carried on their conversation, until we eventually just walked off because they wouldn’t even acknowledge us to say they would be a minute.
