Repeated mistakes month after month and now stopping blister packs for Patients who have previously received them for a long time.If you can't keep up with them, either take on more staff or not take on more Patients- those previously using you shouldn't be affected!

Really uncaring staff. Because my HRT was on the same prescription as another item, I couldn't use my prepayment certificate. This wasn't the case last time. So I either had to pay twice for my HRT or pick which item I wanted. I had to unpack my prescriptions in front of other customers and leave half of it on the counter.... read full comment
