Bizarre world. I paid over £700 on a few items here and needed a carrier bag to make sure I didn’t drop and break my purchase. I was told I had to pay for it. Unfortunately I didn’t have any cash on me and my card went missing earlier that day so I couldn’t pay for a poxy bag. I had to struggle out the shop carefully... read full comment

Very poor service. Ordered and paid for a Samsung tablet online to collect from my local store. Email came to advise that the product will be available to collect 9am the following day .went to collect but told it had been missed off the delivery but will be here at 4pm ,went back to collect and after a long wait told... read full comment
