I received lovely service and it’s a very welcoming shop, as are any Neal’s Yard shops I have been in to.\\nStaff have always been happy to chat, and advise or to leave you alone to browse.\\nOffers and prices are the same in store or online.

It is with a very heavy heart that, due to the global outbreak of Covid-19, we have taken the difficult decision to close our stores and therapy rooms from the end of the day on Friday 20 March, until we are confident we can safely open our doors to you again.
