Awful attitude, went to print a bank statement, I couldn't print it myself. Treated badly by an absolutely lazy staff.

I love the service Lloyds bank in Stamford branch. All the staffs are brilliant especially Sue!!! She’s always lovely polite and efficient!!! Completely impossible to speak to a real person by phone. 5 minutes to negotiate the call tree then promised 20 minute wait. Some things cannot be done through the website or phone - customer service requires real people.
